Received my copy yesterday. Excellent.
Sven wrote that they are taking great care in wrapping the books, and I can testify this is true.

From what I recall there were three editions:
- the ordinary edition which contained the two books
- a limited edition which included the two books and the playbutton
- a limited edition which included the two books, the playbutton and two printed photo's which were both signed by David. This edition also was signed and numbered by David in one of the books. There were 50 copies, you had a choice of 5 different sets of printed photo's.

Can't remember what the various sets were... I deleted the original email which outlined the choices. My copy has as signed prints "Drag" from the Abandon book, and "Restauration" from the Hope book. I've got no. 10/50.

The pairs available were:

Drag / Restauration
Health / Awaiting Royalty
Transit / Playthings II
Platform I / Incoming
Morning Call / The Road Ahead II

The photos were "postcard" size, not sure of exact dimensions.

Although it was very impressive seeing them all together in such an extensive exhibition, I didn't feel that the individual works were as strong (or as personal) as the polaroid triptyches at Glowing Enigmas, so couldn't justify a purchase.

The Hope book is both signed and hand-numbered by David. The Abandon book has neither...
I also bought one of the large-sized prints "At Sea" which was also signed and numbered (2 of 3).
