it seems to be from a japanese edition of SOTB.
can anybody tell me what edition this is?
is it from a cd or a vinyl?

I think it's taken from a book.
Japanese part says

I start to wonder who wrote this memo. David or Ryu? (I'm sure some Japanese part was written by ryuich)

I don't have that book, but I guess the book might be "Sakamoto Ryuichi - Zenshigoto" (The Sketchbook of Ryuichi Sakamoto)(hardcover, published in 1991 and 1998, but hard to get it now)
