Are these from 2003? I thought they were from 2005. I didn't realise they were Ingrid's work! They are great portraits! Am I right in saying they were taken in New York?

OK. Just checked. Perhaps you should inform Samadhisound that they have the wrong caption on their photos. They reckon it was taken in NYC!

really ingrid took those? i had no idea. I saw a caption on one once with a man's name. I assumed he took the photos.
These are some of my favourite photos of david. Ingrid has actually taken a great number of my favourite images of david throught he years. She is an outstanding photographer. I wish she had been able to focus more of her time in creating an art life for herself in this respect.
Also I checked an article on sylvian''s website yesterday and realized that next to a self portrait photo of david was another man's name. I'm confused?? David took the photo of himself why would another guy's name be given credit? The only assumption I can make is that the other guy did the graphic layout of the article page.

Neonico, with all due respect, please get yourself a map. Last time I checked one it told me Boston is in the state of Massachusetts and has been for a very long time! Unless someone moved it recently???

No Boston is a city in another state all together. NYC is in the state of New York (for all those europeans out there NY state is enormous and NYC is the largest city in it... oh and by the way it is not the capital of our state either... Albany is the capital city. I only say this because everyone seems to believe NYC IS New York state and it really has very little to do with the rest of the state). Boston is in the state of Massachusetts. Granted the cities are not terribly far apart (i would say around 400 miles apart), but they are not at all related to one another... well except the fashion industry of boston always attempted to be like nyc. Anyway.... that is a clarification for everyone

P.S. Boston is an amazing city. It has enormous culture and is just a lot of fun to visit! I went to university there and it was such fun!
David has spoken of their home in N.H. not being too far from Boston... which logistically it was... perhaps about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Not a long drive at all.

lol neonico that isn't the boston people think of when they think of boston. For all intents and purposes boston, NY is non-existent in comparison to the enormousity of NY state... and no boston, ny is not a borough of nyc.In fact it is the opposite end of the state near buffalo
