Samadhi Sound Delivery

For Christmas, from my missus, i ordered the Samadhi releases id yet to buy, so i had the full collection. Including the new Steve Jansen DVD there were about 6 CDs in the order too.
They arrived today, but with a £15 customs charge. Apparently, if Samadhi had ticked the `gift` box on the package, i wouldn`t have had to pay this extra charge. Anyone else been stung this way ??

Haven't had that problem... being here in NZ. But do have one problem at the moment with Samadhi .... ordered some of their CDs and according to the website, they were shipped 21/11/08. I am still waiting... sent an email off about it before Christmas, not a word of a reply yet.
All I can say is thank heavens above that it wasn't a Christmas gift for anyone else except me!!

Same problem here. I only emailed them two days ago, but no reply nonetheless.
And my postman emailed them too...
Mr. Postman look and see, if there's a parcel in the bag for me!

seems they should have better european distribution, cause that's not right to have to wait that long and then pay a fee on top of it. Not right at all

Did get a reply, weeks ago, fixing a deadline. Nothing arrived, and now they've reshipped the dvd.
