This is a tough one - my favourite is 'Alien' simply for its weirdness courtesy of Mr Karn's bass. But close on its heels would be 'In Vogue' and 'Halloween'....

I used to love 'Quiet Life' the most but as I've got older other songs have grown on me more.....and I can say that of all the albums.

mmm I love Quiet Life.It's one of my favourites , but I've chosen Despair because David Sylvian singing in French is too sexy!!!

Quiet Life for me. Every one of the tracks has been a favourite at some point or another, but this song just keeps holding up for me. Though I have been enjoying In Vogue a lot lately, too.

Even though it's a cover, I chose "All tomorrows parties" It's probably my favorite intro to a song ever- And the bass line kicks butt! I first heard it when riding in a car and looking at the city lights at night... So evertime I hear it, it reminds me of that.

'All Tomorrow's Parties' is one of those songs which I never liked at first because it was a cover, but as time has gone on, I've grown to love it more and more, slightly less so with 'I Second that Emotion'...

Like you say Kera, the intro is to die for.

I picked All Tomorrows Parties, but its really not my favorite.. its a cool second to The Other Side Of Life... which, strangely wasnt a choice.. oh well.

Especially as (now I think about it) it's probably my joint favourite track on 'Quiet Life'...D'UH... :roll:

"All Tomorrow's Parties" is actually my least favorite at the moment---not sure why----seems kind of monotonous to me and I think also the fact that it is a cover. I do like all the other covers they have done though, so it is not just that it is a cover. I'll probably change my mind on down the road--always happens......
