Power Station - Communication .... ah yes, the late great Tony Thompson's groove is relentlessly pushing the Duranie Boys to greater heights....and the late great Mr Palmer's golden throat is soaring above it all so magnificently.... ah yes, the 80's supergroup. Great Stuff indeed.

Depeche Mode's "Suffer Well" was translated into Simlish for one of the Sims 2 expansion packs, too, as was "Things Can Only Get Better" by Howard Jones. The video for the former is rather amusing/interesting, lol.

Yak by Motor - crazy thumping dance music which is very unusual for me but I just love this track, it was one of the pre-show tracks played on the Depeche Mode Touring the Angel tour, a selection of 10 tracks chosen by Martin Gore which really got the crowd jumping (and doing Mexican waves).
Guided by hands that spread life before my very eyes.

Supersilent - 8
for those that don't know, this is an improv 'band' featuring a.o. Arve Henriksen, who we do know of course. Check them out - best cd of this year, just out on Rune Grammofon. 'If you like Sigur Ros, GY!BE, Popol Vuh and late Talk Talk.'

Sometimes I Feel So Low - Japan

One of my very few celebrity encounters was with Howard Jones. Ran into him on the street in downtown Chicago, literally. Knocked both of us down. He was very nice about it. :D
