Not according to my tape measure here! 5 feet 8 inches = 172.6cm.

Is Sylvian really 5ft 8in ??
I met him twice in 1993, and i very nearly missed him, cos i couldnt believe how little he was. Im not big ...prolly 5ft 10in, but i seemed to tower over him.

I met him in 1987 and I'm 5'6'', I would say 5'8'' is about right.
