I can tell you that when OOC was released, most fans very disappointed...The album suffered from being over produced, there were some very cool audio effects used during some of the songs that can't be heard on OOC.
Then there were the songs that were left off the album, such as life in Tokyo and Fall In Love With Me.
I personally recommend searching for some of the better bootlegs from the tour...

There are loads of good recordings from '82, but the two essential one's are from The Budokan (which featured YMO members guesting) and Nagoya (their last ever show).
Bot of these are essential listening for any Japan fan!

Budokan was an from an FM radio broadcast which was great quality.
The original version of this bootleg came as a lovely 3 record set and had the famous Sound street interview on it.
Nagoya is an audience recording...It starts off a bit muddy but get s better as it goes along...The version of Ghosts at this show was quite moving, with David signing it slightly differently than all the other shows. There's also some video footage from Nagoya floating around, but the quality is very dodgy!

Yeah, I just noticed that. Hmm. I haven't used the site in such a long time, perhaps its out-of-service?

I don't know of any other site that has those shows - probably bootlegs come up now and again on ebay. I wonder if japan_pioneers has a sound archive - I get messages from them but I haven't actually visited the site in ages.
