The d.e.p recording for MKA

The d.e.p (Masahide Sakuma, Gohta Yashiki, Masami Tsuchiya and Vivian Hsu) is recording new songs in the aid of Mick Karn Appeal. Takamune Negishi (Dr. StrangeLove) is palying the bass. One of the songs is called 'Moon Smile' (music and words by M. Tsuchiya).

The d.e.p. will broadcast their recording from 21:00 on 22nd June (in Japan Time) at USTream.
The specific channel is not know yet...
I will post it if I find it, but it's unlikely since I will be at work...

The d.e.p.'s new recording for MKA is progressing.
Tomorrow they will broadcast recording session online again.
This time Vivian will be recording her vocal part.
It will be from 19:00 on 7th July 2010 in Japan time.
So it will be from 11:00 on 7th July 2010 in UK time.

There is a video cllip of the d.e.p.'s recording the other day.
One song is Vivian on vocal and another Masaumi on vocal.
After remixing and mastering in NY, they will be ready as soon as possible.

Sakuma was twittering that Tom Durack is mixing the d.e.p. songs in NY right now, who said it's "Fun : )". They are aiming to release them as soon as possible for MK appeal.

Sakuma twitted 'The d.e.p. new single 'Rainbow' c/w 'Moon Smile' will be released in 9 days for download'. Also the CD version is planned to be released in mid October.

23.10.2010: Single 'Rainbow/Moon Smile' will be available for download.
Mid-Nov 2010: Single 'Rainbow/Moon Smile' CD will be released.

The proceeds from the single will be donated to Mick and Mick's family.
